I PAVE IN ON MY STEPS.
EDGING IN ON ThH RIGHTS.

THE EVILDOERS. BAD INFLUENCES AND REBELLION.
I TAKE EACH AND EVERY STEP WITH CARE AND CAUTIOUS.
ONE MISGUIDED STEP AND I FALL.
TEETER TOTTER.
RAIN FOLLOWS WITH INDECENT HASTE.
BUT I AM NOT AFFECTED.
POSES NO HINDRANCE.
I AM SHELTERED BY THE CANOPY OF NATURE.
THE SPECULATIONS AND UNAWARRE WRONGDOINGS ALL SHUNNED OUT.
FAMILY CLOSE ONES KINS AND FRIENDS.

I REGAIN MY COMPOSURE.
MANY A TIMES I FALL.
THOSE ARE THE PETTY ARGUMENTS. THE UNFORGIVING TIMES. ATTITUDE. TANTRUMS THROWN.
MANY A TIMES THE RAIN FALL ON ME.
THESE ARE THE KEEPING AWAY FROM GUARDIANS.
MISHEEDED ADVICE.
MANY A TIMES.
THE UPS AND DOWNS OF MY LIFE.
BATTERED AND BRUISED EGO.
I MOVE ON AND ON AND ON.
THE FUTURE AHEAD MUGHT BE OPTIMISTIC. BRIGHT. PESSIMISTIC. BLEAK.
WHATEVER IT MAY HOLD.
BUT EVENTUALLY IT MAY LEAD TO A FORKED PATH.
WHEN TIME COMES.
WILL I LISTEN TO MY HEART OR MY HEAD?
WILL I WALK DOWN THE WRONG PATH WHEN I KNOW I SHOULD WALK DOWN THE RIGHT?
WILL I WALK DOWN THE RIGHT PATH WITH BOUNTIFUL OF WRONGS?
WILL I?

WILL I NOT?
WILL I FALL FOR TEMPTATIONS THAT ARE TOO ALLURING?
OR
WILL I STEADY MYSELF TO THE RIGHTEOUSNESS?
WILL I MAKE A SUCCESS?
WILL I CREATE A DOWNFALL?
WILL I OPEN MY HEART TO OTHERS?
OR
WILL I SECLUDE MYSELF IN THE CHAMBERS OF MY WORLD?
WILL I FIND MY SELF-ESTEEM BACK IN TIME FOR FUTURE TESTS?
WILL I LOSE IT FOREVER?
WILL I EVER LOVE SOMEONE WHOLE-HEARTEDLY?
OR
WILL I REPLACE EACH LOVE WITH ANOTHER?
IN THIS BUSY WORLD.
THERE LIES A SIMPLETON WITH A SIMPLE SOUL.

AS LIFE MAY BRING IT.
